Once you’ve recorded previous footage and you go to view what has been recorded the app shuts down and this happens every single time on both devices. Takes ages to load live stream and recorded footage and even longer if your using 3/4G. We have this app on 2 separate devices and it keeps going offline even though the internet connection is good and stable, every time it does that I have to either go into the loft and switch the mains off and on or turn the electricity off at the fuse box. Moved houses and decided to go for Yale as we had their self install alarm system previously which was good plus they now offered cctv systems with professional installation too. Had the Hik vision installed in my previous house for 8 years and controlled everything through an app the whole time and I had no problems.
